Payment Adv OÜ is a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 17550621, with its registered office in Tallinn. Our principal activity is the operation of an advertising agency.
We work with partner businesses on a cost-per-action basis: the partner pays a fixed amount only for a confirmed target action, such as a qualified lead or a purchase. Payment Adv funds the advertising itself, so the partner gets a predictable customer acquisition cost while we carry the full risk of the media budget.
The difference between the agreed price per action and our actual acquisition cost is our revenue.
